食材/調味料：
一斤活沙蝦
一整顆大蒜
兩隻長辣椒
50公克奶油(無鹽)
醬油
橄欖油
鹽巴

法文“Comme à la maison“ 意思是"來~請把這當自己家!" 在法國我們通常是在邀請朋友來家裡作客的時候說的,是為了讓朋友可以感受到像在自己家一樣舒服與自在.
希望透過這個新系列影片,邀請各位來我們家玩, 在我們的廚房跟大家分享我們自己最愛的料理或試做新的菜色,分享我們對於做料理的熱情.
對我們來說一道好的料理不止要美味更重要的是加入我們的熱情,愛與朋友一起分享這份愉快才是道完美料理.

Being locked at home, Des and I have started to record a new series on my Youtube channel intitulated “Comme à la maison 麥客氣啦 “
”Comme à la maison” means feel at home, we use this term in France when we invite friends over and want them to feel just as comfortable as they do at home.
So through this new show, we invite you in our home, our kitchen to share our favorite dishes, try new ones and share our love for cooking.
